By making a booking with our agency, travelers agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

The travel agency or 'Agency' refers to No Limits Travels Company.

Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the travel agency.
  • Bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure reservations.
  • Full payment must be made before the start of the trip, unless other terms are agreed with the agency.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods specified by the agency.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to cancellation fees.
  • The agency reserves the right to impose cancellation fees based on the timing of cancellation and policies of third-party service providers.
  • Refunds and cancellation fees are determined based on each individual offer.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, after deducting any applicable fees.

Travel Documents and Insurance

  • The traveler is responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained before departure.
  • The agency is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the traveler's failure to obtain or provide valid travel documents.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended and can be arranged through the agency upon request.
  • The agency will not be responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred by the traveler during the trip.

Changes and Modifications

  • The agency reserves the right to make changes to schedules, accommodations, transportation, or other aspects of the trip due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
  • Travelers will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible, and every reasonable effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives.
  • In case of major changes, travelers may have the right to cancel their bookings with a full refund or choose an alternative trip, subject to availability.

Responsibility and Liability

  • The agency operates as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies.
  • While every effort is made to ensure the quality and safety of services provided, the agency does not assume responsibility for any damages, losses, delays, accidents, injuries, or inconveniences incurred by travelers during the trip.
  • Travelers are advised to review and comply with the terms and conditions of all service providers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
  • The agency will not be responsible for any expenses or liabilities arising from acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government legislation, or any unforeseen events beyond our control.
  • Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid visas, entry documents, and ensuring passport validity throughout the trip duration.
  • The agency is not responsible for any injuries occurring during activities or tours organized by external tour operators. The sole operator assumes responsibility for ensuring the safety and welfare of participants.

Flight Delays and Arrival Times

  • The agency is not responsible for any flight changes or delays caused by airlines. Travelers are advised to check flight status regularly and plan accordingly.
  • Travelers must arrive at the airport at least 4 hours before the scheduled departure time to allow for check-in procedures, security screening, and any unexpected delays.

Complaints and Disputes

  • Any complaints or disputes regarding the trip must be reported to the agency as soon as possible to allow for immediate resolution.
  • The agency will make every effort to address and resolve any issues raised by travelers in a fair and timely manner.
  • In case disputes are not resolved, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates courts.

Other Terms

  • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the traveler and the agency, superseding any previous agreements or understandings.
  • No modification or waiver of these terms and conditions is valid unless written and signed by both parties.
  • If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
